Help desk and support

Help desk and support is intended to support our partners with both new and existing projects. Generally, we are in a position to provide our partners with the support they require. If support is required on location for correcting a malfunction or for set-up, our support department can also be connected.

Training for OEM partners, software houses, hardware partners, dealers or resellers

In order to gain sufficient knowledge of BRControls, it is recommended to attend a training course at BRControls Products in Zwolle.

Training for OEM partners

The duration and content of this training is dependent on the way in which the product is used by the OEM partner. This will be established in consultation.

Training for software houses

The training lasts a minimum of four days.

  • Day 1: options and applications for the complete BRC product line.
  • Day 2: programming using LogiCad
  • Day 3: configuring visualization with BR-Cad
  • Day 4: applying and processing available "open" protocols

In order to successfully complete the training, the following prior knowledge is required:

  • Knowledge of climate applications and the rule strategies associated with them
  • Knowledge of programming by using logical operations
  • Knowledge of ICT applications for connecting to VPN routers and ADSL modems

Training for dealers

The training lasts a minimum of three days.

  • Day 1: options and applications for the complete BRC product line.
  • Day 2: programming using LogiCad
  • Day 3: configuring visualization with BR-Cad

In order to successfully complete the training, the following prior knowledge is required:

  • Knowledge of climate applications and the rule strategies associated with them
  • Knowledge of programming by using logical operations
  • Knowledge of ICT applications for connecting to VPN routers and ADSL modems

Training for resellers

The training lasts a minimum of two days.

  • Day 1: options and applications of the BRC-23 regulator.
  • Day 2: commissioning
    • loading software in the BRC-23 regulator
    • setting the BRC-23 regulator
    • setting control parameters in order for the system to work correctly
    • connecting the BRC-23 regulator with a VPN router or ADSL modem

In order to successfully complete the training, the following prior knowledge is required:

  • Knowledge of climate applications

Training for HVAC and hot water system service technicians

General:

This training is intended to teach service workers how the control strategy works and is set up. The training provides general knowledge that does not specifically relate to BRControls products.

  • Half day: Boiler settings and radiator groups with optimizers
  • Half day: Hot water control with prevention of legionella
  • Half day: Air handling arrangements with heat recovery
  • Half day: Arrangements for underground storage with data storage requested by the province

In order to successfully complete the training, the following prior knowledge is required:

  • General knowledge of climate applications

Training for ICT application service technicians

General:

This training is intended to educate service workers in the functional settings of a VPN router or ADSL modem. The training does not specifically relate to BRControls products.

  • Half day: Internet functionality with IP numbers and gateway numbers
  • Half day: Setting a VPN router or ADSL modem

In order to successfully complete the training, the following prior knowledge is required:

  • General knowledge of climate applications

The costs for the above-mentioned training are determined in consultation.
